Stephanie is the Global VP of People & Organization (P&O) at Mars Veterinary Health, based in New York City. Steph is responsible for creating a pet-centric, inclusive, and thriving workplace culture for 70,000+ veterinary Associates around the world, so they can bring their best selves to work in service of our Purpose: A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS. She brings 30 years of human resources experience, and 17 years of Mars experience, having held former cross-segment P&O positions and leading transformational agendas across Mars with Royal Canin, Mars Pet Nutrition, Mars Food, Banfield Pet Hospital, and Mars Veterinary Health. She has also been the CHRO for the City of Hope Medical Center, Beckman Research Institute, and Advantage Sales and Marketing, and led Enterprise Talent Acquisition for the five divisions of the Walt Disney Company. Steph is mother to two daughters and shares her life with her husband, Tom, two Aussies, a Frenchie, and a King Charles Cavalier. She is a National Board Member for Girl Scouts, USA and enjoys walking, traveling, and knitting.
