Nefertiti is a senior healthcare executive with 30 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, medical technology, diagnostics, and animal health. She is currently President, Global Mars Veterinary Health, leading a worldwide veterinary care network spanning preventive, general, specialty, and emergency care. Nefertiti oversees more than 70,000 veterinary professionals across 3,000+ clinics globally, delivering millions of pet visits annually. Previously, she served as President of Mars Science & Diagnostics, leading Antech, a global veterinary diagnostics organization with 70+ laboratories, and as head of Mars Petcare Science, overseeing scientific and R&D leadership across Mars’ nutrition and healthcare businesses, including the Waltham Petcare Science Institute. Before joining Mars in 2022, Nefertiti spent eight years at Johnson & Johnson, most recently as Head of Enterprise Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO, and previously as President of Janssen U.S. Infectious Disease & Vaccines and U.S. Ethicon (General Surgery).
