We're thrilled to welcome you May 5-8, 2026, for our first MVH Global Leader Meeting, taking place at the Omni Parker House Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts.
This gathering will bring our leader community together to align on performance, sharpen our strategy, and strengthen connections. Together, we'll workshop practical ways to accelerate growth amid transformation and take actionable learnings back to our teams as we drive the next phase of our One MVH journey.
Register no later than Friday, March 13 to secure your space, and note invitations are non-transferable.
Programming will include:
- Tuesday, May 5*: Arrivals, optional evening welcome reception
- Wednesday, May 6: Full day of programming and evening dine-arounds
- Thursday, May 7: Full day of programming and closing dinner
- Friday, May 8*: Breakfast available before departure

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
The Omni Parker House is approximately 3 miles from BOS.
Please plan to arrive Tuesday, May 5 and depart Friday, May 8.
For Associates in North America, the registration deadline occurs before a travel blackout to accommodate a Mars-wide transition to a new Travel Management Company. Blackout dates vary by business unit and last approximately two weeks. Please book all travel by the March 13 deadline. If you have questions, work with your EA or reach out to your current Travel Management Company.

Overnight accommodations at the Omni Parker House Boston will be covered by Mars Veterinary Health for the nights of May 5-7, with departures on May 8. When you click the "register now" link above, you'll be prompted to select a hotel room for the event dates.

When should I register?
Please register as soon as possible, and no later than end of day Friday, March 13.
What expenses will Mars Veterinary Health cover for participants?
Hotel room and tax, along with all meals and activities during formal event programming, May 5-8, will be covered by Mars Veterinary Health. Transportation costs, hotel incidentals, offsite meals, and any other elective expenses incurred will be your responsibility. Please be prepared to provide a credit card for hotel incidentals upon check-in.
Any costs associated with functional team meetings resulting in extended stays will be covered by functional team budgets. Please coordinate with your GLT member for any expectations around functional connects on Tuesday or Friday before registering and booking travel.
What are the Wednesday evening dine-arounds?
We'll be breaking into small groups for dinners at various restaurants near the hotel. Our goal is to offer opportunities for fostering growth and networking among peers while sharing a meal in a fun and relaxed setting.
What is the attire?
Business casual attire is recommended for the meeting and Wednesday dine-arounds.
Can I extend my hotel stay?
Lodging Tuesday-Thursday nights will be provided by Mars Veterinary Health. Extended reservations are based on the hotel's availability, and all costs associated with additional nights will be your responsibility.
